Ghosted by HR

So I was working at a company as a trainee pharmacy tech overnights. I thought I wasn't going to have issues when I applied so I didn't disclose my disability at the time. Four or so says in (and having called out twice) I realize that I'm going to need accomodations. So I inquire as to who I ask about working that out. This launches a series of events that I really wasn't ready for, and I haven't been this way for very long so I don't know if this is typical policy for big corporations. I had to go back with HR, fill out some paperwork, and take a paper to my doctor to get their affirmation that I am having issues. I had to go back with HR, fill out some paperwork, and take a paper to my doctor to get their affirmation that I am having issues. That was 5 weeks ago.

Now, in their defense, the first two times I sent the email, it had broken attachments. That's on me, but by the end of the 2nd week they could have gotten back to me. They haven't. I'm working on getting a WFH job right now, it pays less but at least I'm not going to have to deal with this.

It's been a humiliating experience, from being dragged off the floor, taken aside, having to prove that I'm too screwed up to work, and now they don't have the courtesy to get in touch with me about the whole thing? I've been forgotten about, it's extremely unprofessional. I don't want to work at all but that's not really a choice, I think we all can agree.

So I guess my question is this: How should I quit? Do I just shoot my HR contact another email and hope she sees it? In the last few weeks my car has broken down, so it's not like I could return anyway. And I don't really want to. I don't want to work at all. Any thoughts or insight would be appreciated (or at least some kind of confirmation that I'm not crazy for being so upset about this). Love the energy here folks, keep it up!
