This man is someone's son aka he's unqualified for the job – and was put into this position where he manages me who in turn manages 50 people. I have two jobs lined up elsewhere. Should I bring this up just before I run away? I am sick and tired of this school's nonsense. How they managed to get accreditation and partnerships with MIT is insane.
