So my sister gets a new job as a dental hygienist. The pay rate is $32/hour with the promise of a raise to $35 after 90 days pending a review (this is in writing).
90 days rolls around, she asks her employer about the promised raise. He says she has not met his expectations, but will not relay to her why/how she hasn’t met them.
Just wondering if anyone else has come across this issue.
For reference we are in the state of GA in the U.S. Also- she’s actively putting in applications elsewhere as this isn’t the only employee he has done this to
