Boss wants managers and crew to take surveys.

McDonald’s worker (soon to be former) here. For as long as I can remember, customers have been able to give a store an overall score (1 – 5) based on their experience during that particular visit by logging into a website and inputting a code from their receipt. The incentive for doing so was some kind of discount or free item from the menu. However, for whatever reasons, the company got rid of these incentives, so customers aren’t taking time to do the surveys. These surveys are important to each store because high scores make the store look better in the eyes of the company. In our last meeting, our GM told us that all managers and crew NEED to do these surveys to boost our score. There’s absolutely no incentive for anyone to do it. I’ve been telling as many employees as I can not to do them because it’s not their responsibility.
