Chronically Late

Is anyone else chronically late? I honestly don’t intentionally mean it to be disrespectful, even though I know it comes off that way to other people. I’ve heard it can stem from anxiety, ADHD, depression, an internal power struggle, or something else. It’s not that I want to disappoint other people (I actually hate doing that), but I always feel like I can fit more tasks into a certain amount of time than is realistic. I logically know this, and yet the problem persists. Is it a power struggle? Is it just exhaustion from the task of being alive and trying to make it all work and I’m holding on to every free second I have? I know this doesn’t just pertain to work, but I got in trouble with my boss today for my arrival time management skills and I feel so bad!
