I had to deliver a corrective action because my employee jokingly flipped off another employee and people didn't like it. This whole thing is everyone bickering. I have to follow weird corporate policies. I hate being a manager in general and would like to quit but bills and health insurance. I hate myself a little bit more everyday. This is a venting post.
