Step 3) I’m flattered and am open to a conversation
Step 4) ask me to create an account on their website. Upload my resume. Schedule a meeting with their manager. Talk to the manager about opportunities. Go through a 7 step process. Take drug tests. Take several tests to prove I’m qualified. Get put into a position to negotiate my worth.
Step 5) I stopped at step 3 when they tell me to go to their website.
If you reach out to me why the fuck would I go through all the steps to prove I’m valuable if you already think I am? The nerve of these dumb companies stuck on an ancient hiring system.
