My brother and I both work the same fast food job. And we're both nearing the end of our 2 weeks notice due to moving. The write ups are for both of us missing a “mandatory meeting” a few weeks ago. I overslept not to mention it was a moving day for me. (We had to move around the city alot with motels and airbnbs barely getting by with our paychecks) and we're leaving state now. We'll the write ups are for that and my brother brother being apparently short a few times like a month ago. And I'll probably be getting one they said on like Monday due to me being short (somehow a lot. I'm surprised I'm never short but I guess I gave out wrong change I guess) yesterday and I'm never short so it's a first time.
But I literally have only two days of work left. Not to mention the last day is in a time frame I have cut out as unavailable. (I am not an early morning person lol)
Just makes me want to not show up.
It feels dumb because most of these things are several weeks old. And I have two days left.
I'm not sure if it can affect future jobs. But I'm really not feeling like going in anymore.
