I have an interview coming up and I know they often ask why you're leaving your current job. A man who sexually harassed me was never reprimanded for his behavior and I still have to work closely with him and my manager is a raging narcissist who is running my department into the ground. My mental health is at an all time low from this place. Obviously I would word it a little differently, but would that honesty make me look bad to the interviewer?
