What do i do to put my management in trouble for infringing my rights (UK)

My work's owners are explicitly telling us to not discuss wages with eachother following a recent wage change. I obviously have had a smaller increase since I am the youngest. I'm thinking about being petty and openly discussing it and getting the attention of management. Because they will definetly punish me for it and it is a right to discuss wages and not be penalised, who do I contact so management will get ass blasted for it. I dont really care about compensation, pay raise or anything really. Im starting to look for a new job and I just want them to get in shit for it.
