Literally it was so busy yesterday at work I told her can we please put one extra person on Saturday for just 3-4 hours to help out because some of the kids I work with our in high school and I totally understand they want they’re lunch and stuff but it was none stop busy for 8 hours I texted her and she said well we can hire someone new and cut hours for “everyone” which means just me. I left her work to do when she comes in Monday because it was so busy I couldn’t do much of anything. She also said she drove by twice and it didn’t seem that busy I said why didn’t you stop by and help she just ignored me. I’m so close to quitting and walking out. I think she hates me because all the customers ask for me to help and love me they also leave great reviews about me online. I also believe what she is doing is harassment but we don’t have HR we only have labor laws. I’ve been saving money because in a few months I start an apprenticeship for electrical. She’s been such a bitch and I’m done with her shit recently she said all I do is break stuff when I try to fix it but I don’t I actually fixed our pillow pack machine, hooked up new monitors faster than tech support could 🤣 I also fixed a draw on the desk cabinet in 2 minutes after she tried for 30 minutes. Sorry I just needed to rant and not sure what to do to get her to stop bullying me.
