This is the second job in half a year that I’ve lost because “They don’t have the time to train someone to do the job well.” At both interviews I made it clear that I didn’t know loads about the industries but was eager to learn and both times they said there’s be plenty of oversight and guidance to make up for that.
When it came to the job there was nothing. I was thrown in the deep end and expected to just get results without any feedback whatsoever to see if anything I was doing was working. They both said they wanted someone with more knowledge but how the hell am I supposed to the knowledge if there’s no one there to help me?
