We install garage and patio floor coatings . The stuff we use to create traction is way too small and we have had multiple elderly people slip and fall because the anti slip material is too small like powdered sugar. We should be using bigger material but management acts like no other product is available even though I have emailed management the links to companies who sell the bigger stuff. I am the repair guy and I am the one who has to lie to the elderly and tell them that the stuff we use will work but I have to apply more , knowing next winter these clients will fall again and get hurt. What am I supposed to do ? Tell the clients the truth that we knowingly do not use the correct material ? I feel like shit for lying to the elderly.
