I was sent a revised averaging agreement this morning. It changes our regular work hours (8hrs/day) to mandatory 9 hour days. When I was hired, I was told I’d only have to work 8hrs a day unless I wanted overtime. That lasted all of one month, and I consistently worked 10-11hr days for 10 months after that. Now I am pregnant and only want 8 hour days. Is there anything I can do about this?
