my family always told me to trust no one, not even your own culture. you'll see why this matters. this also applies to religion.
my relatives are all tradespeople. comes with the immigration.
my relative has been penalized time and time again for injuries sustained on the job, but they cant NOT work because they have to in this economy.
it got to a point where they had their work truck taken away as they were a 'liability' despite them working the hardest.
at their previous company, it was so bad someone drove in front of a train. i went to the funeral. the bruising was still on the face. they were an apprentice to my relative.
prior to that, verbal abuse off the charts.
it seems every company treats its workers terribly. the worst part? we're all immigrants. our families from the same country, including many of the owners.
