Not no-call no-shows, but absences that were via family emergency, sickness, etc. Whenever I call out my boss eludes to something like “you have x amount of unexcused absences” like if I reach a certain amount I'll be fired. Is she just trying to make me feel guilty (I don't) or could I actually lose my job for calling out for legitimate reasons?
