I've been working in a hospital lab for the last 10 months and things were mostly fine up until a couple months ago.
I have no idea what I did but a few months ago my boss just started being really passive aggressive with me.
She won't answer emails, won't talk to me in person, denies time off requests, makes sure to specifically thank everyone except me in groups I was a part of, etc.
At the beginning of April an opportunity came up to move to a place that has better hours and pays more so of course I jumped on that and got it.
Today is my last day at the hospital and this morning I found out from one of my coworkers that she had heard about me applying at other places and had gone around to several employees and told them to not answer calls for a reference for several weeks. I'm assuming she was hoping that by then the new place would have moved on to other candidates.
I don't really know what I'm hoping to get out of posting this, I think I just needed to vent. I'm just glad I don't have to go back after tonight
