[UPDATE] Resident of “At Will” employment, shitty red state. Work wants me to sign a binding arbitration agreement…

“Right to work” state was what I originally meant to post for the title. Yes, I know At-will is basically every state. In that post I said d-day for the conversation over my lack of signing (electronically) the arbitration agreement would be today, and I was not wrong. I get logged in, and first thing this morning my manager calls me over messenger. “Hey I noticed that you didn't sign the required documentation about the arbitration agreement, what's the hold up?” To be honest [bossname], it's a bit alarming to me that my employer is asking me, to forever deny myself legal representation in the eventuality that legal proceedings are required to adjudicate an issue impartially. “OK then, I'll set up a meeting with [my superior] so we can discuss that.” Longest day ever. Longest day ever. So apparently the meeting will be tomorrow over messenger video chat. My anxiety is through the roof RN and I am asking for help identifying all laws and/or legal precedents pertaining to this sort of situation. What questions should I ask them? I never thought I'd have to be in this situation before, what sort of verbiage makes it clear I am not planning on suing them at any time, but I sure AF am not going to give away my right to do so at all past, present, and future torts and/or injuries. I don't expect for them to fuck me over, but I also can't rule that out as a possibility, considering that they are a company in a capitalist country. Damn near all companies exploit workers in one way or another, I'm just doing the math and protecting my rights.
