Two days in a row my job told me to be there at 8am both days nobody shows up for an hour

For the last two days I’ve been rushing to get to my new job early. Both times I’ve been sitting in the parking lot waiting on the very manager who told me to be there. Today I waited an hour and nobody showed up so I left. They’ll likely be mad at me but frankly i don’t care there are other minimum wage jobs out there.
