Small business making millions while I get paid <40k a year

I'm able to see revenue through data analysis at my job. This past year they brought in over $3 million while I get paid less than 40k a year. Keep in mind this is a certified small business with not many employees, most of which work remote, so the office space they lease is small. There aren't many expenses aside from that. If they're bringing this much in, why am I getting paid so little? Why is the merit-based raise only 3% when inflation is 8%? Why can't I work from home when the CEO and most other employees do? I'm the lowest paid employee and I have to shell out $200+ a month on gas to get to the office while they stay home. I hate this.
