I have been working at a company for about 9 months. Around the 90 day mark you are supposed to get a review but mine did not happen till about 6-7 months of working. Once i got this review i was given a substantial raise upon completing certain tasks proficiently. So after sometime i was able to show proficiency and then ask my supervisor about the raise and was told it would be moved forward to be approved by the owner. After a couple weeks I ask again and as it wasn’t on the past two pay stubs. I was told the supervisor forgot and he would do it again. So on the third time I asked the owner was there at the same time so my supervisor talked to him. After this conversation I was given a small promotion and other things that go with this but did not receive the raise I was told I would get. The owner seemed to approve all the other things but did not tell payroll to complete this action. It has been two weeks with out the raise as i know i have been more then graceful with this. I was told after addressing no raise that i have to contact the owner directly. There are some other things but i feel like walking off the job.
