Hi I'm 23f and I've started working as a biochem lab technician in a public NHS hospital since 21/03/22 and I HATE IT!!!! ITS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! So monotonous and boring. Absolutely terrible for my mental health and its physically exhausting too. Coworkers are weird and cliquey and the atmosphere was really uncomfortable. Anyway I gave my resignation in today and have no intention of going back to the hospital. I'm a fixed term worker and my contract says I have to give a 4 week notice which I find a bit ridiculous since I haven't even worked there for a month. My question is, can I just stop going and is there anything they can do to make me go in??
