So I have been going through hundreds of posts since I joined in order to get a grasp of the BS that has been going on with the job market and interview processes as well about fuckery of job listings and consequently the Job listings websites that allow certain job postings to be put up with absolute non-sense written as well as website like indeed that are basically selling user data and allowing company to gather CV's in the thousands, as well as no insights to company's interview process and feedback on actual recruiters etc.
For the last 2 years, I have been thinking of building a job listing website as my personal experience in the job market has tough me a lot about the current state of things and I really want to help people get a good job and help them thrive in this world.
So my question to this subreddit is what features would you like to see if a new job listing website came to the market?
