On the verge of quitting my job of 3 years as I have another position lined up. My boss went from being a former rep who everyone got along with to a complete micromanaging douche on a power trip. But anyways I’m wondering if my eto will be paid out if I just quit? I don’t have much left as I had to use most of it for my parental leave (was offered 2 weeks unpaid leave) yeah… right.. thanks for the “leave”! Do I need to leave on good terms (2 week notice) in order to get my eto?
