I just spoke with a rep with Grainger who helped me get the part i need to fix my bathroom sink at home shipped to my store for me to pickup tomorrow morning! Just wanted to shout out that rep in case he's in here and spread a little positivity today. I'm getting shit done today and feeling good and just wanna share the love!

I left you good feedback on your survey cuz as a former rep, i know that surveys can really affect the reps performance review scores and daily metrics and whatnot.
If you gotta call customer service, remember they are people too. Sometimes it seems like people forget and treat reps like robots or like they are personally responsible for whatever issue you might be having. Most csrs, even in the US are paid the minimum wage wherever they are.
Anyway, i haven't been much on the lines since Oct 20, but I've experienced my fair share of people being rude and I've got one of those sweet Midwestern customer service honey voices on the phone haha! No matter how nice i was, some people were just intent on being hurtful.
Anyway, rant about that over. Just be nice to each other. Hippy out
