Sorta fresh account here. Just never used this email for reddit -.-
I work a pretty crappy desk job, and I'm only doing it because I needed a job for awhile and some friends helped me get it. I just landed a cool gig with Amazon Web Services (kind of the devil but they pay well and I get to do IT) and I'm having trouble quitting. I guess my big hang-up is that its a really small team here, and I'm doing the lions share of work. I kind of feel like I'm hanging my current team out to dry.
I really don't want to give a two weeks notice. This current job isn't in my preferred field and it's so draining mentally, but I know its the right thing to do. My friend just left last week, and she was bullied for her last two weeks. They then roped her job into my job without asking.
I guess I'm just nervous and looking for advice.
