Was wanting advice

So I’m working today (unfortunately) and this new young supervisor and some guy on my crew had a little argument and towards the end of it he told him he would give him paperwork and show him the gate and me just being a bystander and listening to it was also threatened with paperwork. Was wondering if I could take this to HR or what other action I could do towards this guy because I did not do anything wrong besides be there
