Is anyone using and are most aware of Blind?

- The network’s popularity has grown beyond Silicon Valley as more workers are changing jobs.
- Corporate HR's are not very happy about Blind, says it creates a skewed view of companies and further complicates the hiring process.
It is more of a white collar site but I do see some smaller companies showing up in it. The problem I see with the site currently is that you need to have a corporate email address to be given and account, which means that most people that works in services, construction, and other blue collar jobs where companies do not offer a corporate email address, can only get read-only access. A site like this could really help blue collar but this site does not enable that.
Btw, I looked into how a company could catch an employee and once the account is created and you use the confirmation code, there is no way to get Blind to send additional emails. But, I can see a company keeping email history and being able to check for the initial authorization, or I could see a company putting an IoC (indicator of compromise) using the blind domain names to alert on users activating an account. So not fool proof and yes I plan on pointing that out to Blind.
