I'm 100+ applications deep. Nothing beyond a first phone interview. 90% of the jobs in my degree field (Human Resources) want you to have 1-2+ years of Human Resources AND 1-3 years of Recruiting.
How can I even get into the field in ENTRY level positions if I can't even get into the field to get the experience so I can work the ENTRY level positions.
ON TOP OF THAT, they want to pay 35-40k with Bachelors+
