My employer proudly boasts that they pay the living wage of £9.90, but it turns out they decided to pay freeze anybody who had a warning on their record. Lucky me had one for having three single days of sickness scattered over the last twelve months. I'm trained to do basically everything in that place. Can't wait to see their faces when I slap my notice on their desk tomorrow.
