When Panda Express managers give you 0.25 cent raises so you’re getting raised 50 cents a year.

Almost me and all my friends were given 0.25-0.50 cent raises working at Panda Express, which is a billion dollar company. My good friend was working here for six years now and she was only raised $1.50. In six years. Couldn’t raise her by $2. Once she called in Human Resources asking if she could get a proper raise they told her “well! not our problem because managers raise off YOUR performance!” Oh and mind you, for her 6th year anniversary she got nothing but a small panda badge. Who tf wants this? Does management not know that the business wouldn’t be running without the employees? Panda Express is horrid, atleast in my experience.
