Told my boss yesterday that one of the projects at my work wasn’t running correctly over the weekend because the stats were off by a huge margin.
Boss told me they were waiting on more information from the client so it was totally fine…
I then told them again today it was still an issue andI was getting concerned. Then they chased it and turns out an email has been sent to the department inbox (that was blank) on Friday with an untitled attachment. I’ve been here less than a month by the way.
Now the client is unimpressed (obviously) and now I’m getting the blame for “missing” the information. I told them twice!
I just can’t even… FML.
