When my boss needs me on saturdays, on special days, if he needs overhours because there is just too much job I stay, I have no problem. When I need ONCE per half a year holiday suddenly its a problem for him.
I work in Europe, we are unionized, there are soo many laws to protect employees. And still I have to work with this sh**ty boss.
I have heared from my coworker today, that he waits for our ex-coworker to replace me during my holiday because this boss just doesnt want to.
I cant even imagine how you can live with these wages and laws in USA.
