I work for a big pharma retail store and it happened our manager left for personal reasons and we have been going through a lot with floaters (district pharmacists) and today was the worst, we were very behind and some people that I never met came to help us and at the end of the day called me lazy, mind you I'm in training and I have worked my butt off five days a week without sitting and constantly running around, we are 450 prescriptions behind, and someone who hasn't worked there called me lazy. I don't want to work for this company any longer but I need my certificate. My other teammates do their own thing and it happens people dont get their prescriptions on time. And somehow he wanted to blame me… I really don't wanna go into work tomorrow.
