Is racism the reason workers don’t want to press charges against the karens and kens threatening to pepper spray them, slapping them, spitting on them, etc?

Why else wouldn't you press charges or file an incident report at least? I've had people get aggressive to me when I was the victim of a crime, but do nothing about these lunatic karens and kens who assault people and get away with it.
