Asurion lies about firing employees over home+, leak proves it.

Hey everyone. I work for Asurion the insurance company in the uBreakiFix cell phone repair locations. We are held to Strick KPIs with expectation that 20% of ALL customers (In-warranty,insurance claims, out of pockets) will sign up for our home insurance plan that is 25 a month. It’s a difficult sale to all but non-iPhone customers. If you can lie or deceive your way through a sale then you are awarded and you can get away with it. If you can’t sell it but are good at other attributes of the business they preach “You won’t be fire for lack of Home + sales” But recently a slide from a district manager meeting popped up outlining the exact process to fire someone who doesn’t hit KPIs for two months in a row. I was curious if there is a safe way to disperse this slide to the rest of my coworkers in the company without it falling back on me. If I already had something lined up, I would just blast in an email chain. But trying to avoid being fired right this minute.
