I applied for a position within my company. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything back from HR. My fiance' interviewed for a job within her company a month ago.. Never heard back from them, and she emailed them to follow up. Still nothing… Not to mention I have been passed over for my yearly merit review. Everyone has gotten theirs already and I've emailed the 3 supervisors my own not even emailing me back. Why do these companies think we are so disgruntled?
