My employer is writing me up for job duties that aren’t even mine. I am a mechanical engineer with masters in industrial and I work at a small manufacturing company, and since they don’t have a buyer at my company, they are making me do all the purchasing functions and on top of it, writing me up for not doing a good enough job in purchasing. Am I griping about this for no reason or is it truly unfair?
