Should I stir the pot? Leaving my company

So I am leaving my company of a few years. They have good benefits, pay is ok but I have been having a rough time getting a promotion. I keep applying and interviewing (15 times in the last year, company has >50,000 employees and does very well) to be told no you didn't get it. That is fine when I'm clearly outclassed by 5-10 years. In several cases though I have been told I was not chosen because the other person was in an engineering rotation program and had to be taken out of it whereas I am not in a rotation program. Promotions have also been frozen for a few years now and we keep getting strung along as to when they'll be turned back on. So now I have gotten myself a job at a separate company, with a 100% job offer for Engineer 2 rate, 2/2. Current company is 0/15. I want to tell my colleagues why I am leaving so they know because a few of them and I have aired our grievances. The management always tells me to take on extra work to get promoted, spoiler alert I have been, and no promotion. Other colleagues have been told the same thing, the only way to move up is to move which everyone does, aggressively. HR has stated they now realize that losing employees internally is hurting them but they refuse to address this with action.

So antiwork would you stir the shit? I'm not sure any of my colleagues will care and I doubt I will get an exit interview.
