Last day at my toxic job today. Start a new job Monday with a whopping 54% pay increase & good potential for another 34% in bonuses.

Spent the day talking to my coworkers and finding that they are mostly all just as pissed and fed up with the same issues as me, I knew it but the filters were off today. Company is experiencing a mass exodus of their top talent. Let ‘em burn.
