This comment gained a lot of traction so I’ll post explaining the details.

‘I literally just quit my job at Domino’s two days ago. The boss (Lolly Jones owns the Sherwood and Lake Oswego store in OR) stole our sick time and gave my hours away when I started whistleblowing. This lady wouldn’t even get us cups for water so we could stay hydrated on our shift and took away our employee discounts. The best part is she’s on the national commercial for Domino’s so you all can see what a money hungry asshole looks like!’ We all contacted BOLI (5 different complaints) and received no response besides 1 email regarding statute to a complaint. So we decided to hand her a letter of demand and she ‘met’ them, but also had one of the managers telling everyone that people would be voluntarily quitting if they walked out with us. I believe my friend filed a grievance with the NLRB for that one.…

We all contacted BOLI (5 different complaints) and received no response besides 1 email regarding statute to a complaint. So we decided to hand her a letter of demand and she ‘met’ them, but also had one of the managers telling everyone that people would be voluntarily quitting if they walked out with us. I believe my friend filed a grievance with the NLRB for that one.

Not only were my hours cut, but I was being harassed by a manager (she did nothing when I told her about it and there was already a history of sexual harassment previously from the same manager towards me), she spent every day micromanaging the drivers, even to the extent of putting her hands on one of coworkers and zipping up his jacket for him because you could see his under shirt. The straw that broke the camel’s back for me was her calling me hostile after asking why I was taking a free delivery in a slightly irritated tone. She very clearly had it out for me, but I made sure she knew exactly how I felt before I left.
