For context, I've been dealing with a weird ass co-worker about 50 years old grown ass man. I've reported him 5 months ago and he keeps it quiet but then goes back to his stalkish behavior (He followed me home, and came to my house twice), The guy knocked on my neighbors door to ask where I live and then he came pounding on my windows at around 9pm. Mentally ill fucker… It all started when I met a co-worker that turned into a friend which angered this guy because apparently that was his boyfriend and I stole him away (Which my friend denies and tells him all the time to go away). I've heard this happening to women at the job and HR will fire the guy immediately but since this is male on male I guess it's okay as long as there is no physical contact on the job site.
My fuck up, Is contacting my supervisor to complain that HR is useless as fuck by saying they can't do much if there is no physical contact, All they can do is speak to him.. In my head I'm like “Bitch, You already spoke to him twice or more and his behavior never changes”. All it made him do was become smarter and not act weird inside the job.
Anyway, I'm just a contractor and the other guy is a 30 year veteran packager (Shit job and doing it for 30 years can probably make you crazy). My agent said to keep quiet for now since if what I'm saying is true it becomes their problem and they have to represent me. After my agent investigates I plan on sending home cam videos of this guy trying to enter my home and all his other weird behavior at a corporate level, Can't fathom that they keep this creep and just fire me instead. I will call out the company and post videos when I get the okay.
