So I just heard a story from one of my older siblings where we had a debate about this guy who was fired in his department and I can't tell if this is actually messed up or not. I'm gonna try to be completely anonymous here but basically this guy was selected for a drug test because someone thought he was snorting something. But this guy ends up having to go to the hospital for heat exhaustion and the doctor calls to say he can't because he is in the hospital. As soon as he's out he then takes the test and passes but they fire him anyway because he technically refused the test the first time. It kinda seems like the company is using this excuse to avoid paying workers comp but my brother thinks it's justified. Who's in the right here then?
