I am in a serious dilemma, I am currently working a job that pays really good money ($160-170k) per year I have been there for 10 years, great benefits, great retirement. However my life balance is terrible im getting older and I’m always at work, i don’t have time for my kids, family, wife, health the list goes on. I have been recently offered a new job that’s pay significantly less (95k) per year. Life balance is better it will allow me to be more at home with my family, retirement is not as good as the company I’m currently working for but at this point I’m desperate to make a decision stay where the money is extremely good or leave. Any advice would be appreciated thank you.
