It’s pretty much what the title says. I work at a university in the Financial Aid Department, and I just learned to fix our staffing issue they are offering candidates the same salary as the veterans.
We’ve been under staffed for a year… they fired our director (after a Title IX investigation) and decided to save funds and not replace them. And I’m top of that we’re training the new people!
What should I say to my supervisor (who probably feels the same way) to get my point across in the most effective way?
