At a previous employer of mine, some upper management people were typical pricks who complained about lazy millennials and how the unions are entitled. I worked with these guys a lot and let me tell you they are some of the laziest people I know. They probably did real work half of the time.
Does anyone else feel these people want to keep people beneath them down because that helps them deal with the fact that they aren't good workers themselves?
Fortunately, I now work at an amazing company so I don't have to be exposed to this shit anymore.
