Disciplinary action for… working too fast?

Yep, thats right. Nice and short. I do carpet cleaning for an unnamed national company in my country, and had an email recently because I was completing my jobs too fast. In the meeting I asked my boss if I had any bad comments from customers that I did a bad job? Nope, no complaints. Did a customer state they thought it was too quick? After alot of back and forth, I just put to them that it's not really my issue that they charge so much for carpet cleaning, and also pointed out the multiple times travel was not implemented in our job runs, meaning my times during those days are required to complete the job, so until they sort that out don't bother me.

Didn't get any write up, but I'm still appalled that they even had the gall to try it. They also said I was calling my workmates complaining, but after I pointed out I use my personal phone to only call one other employee, and that we talk about whatever we want because their PRIVATE CONVERSATIONS they quickly dropped it.

So, ever been in trouble for being too good at your job?
