National legislation immediately to: – Give public school teachers a $10,000 raise. – Eliminate student loan interest for teachers. – Raise taxes on long term capital gains >$480k from 20% to 22% to pay for the above (~$33B per year). – Allow states/districts to opt out (you know which ones will).
