Would you work at a job thats a 40 min drive both ways, paid $16 an hour and offered no benefits?

Worked here for about 9 months now and missed maybe 3 days due to car issues, i decided to take my first mental health day off today and they were making a big deal about that so im thinking about just dipping. There’s a total of about 7 employees, and both managers arent qualified for their positions and sit on their phones while others do actual work.
