We have just been told that our bodies no longer belong to us. Well, what if we decide not to use our bodies to make children, not to make money for others, not to help in any way? Oh, my money is very important to keep the economy going? Tough shit, giant conservative corporation. You aren't getting our money anymore.
True, I don't know exactly the logistics but anything we can do as a giant, collective movement will hurt bottom lines and political careers and that is where we need to start.
A few ideas:
women's collectives where women can receive birth control, reproductive health care, and general assistance.
Pull as much money out of anti-choice states as possible. That could include moving, if that's feasible, selling stocks of companies incorporated in those states and buying others, decreasing discretionary spending generally, etc.
Get an IUD if you are comfortable with that and it makes sense for your life right now.
You have a really conservative/Republican partner? Maybe now you don't. Does that person really have your best interest at heart? Do they care about you and others as whole people or are you a nothing more than a factory with a heartbeat?
A full blown work stoppage. Everyone is invited: men, women, trans, non-binary.
What other things can we do to force those ******* to stop meddling in our bodies and lives?
